NHwoods uses USPS, UPS, and FEDEX to ship orders.

Items are shipped from one of our 3 Locations.

Shipping times vary and times quoted are estimates only. WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS or HOLIDAYS.

Price for shipping International orders, will be quoted on per order basis, please contact us for your rate quote.

Customs charges, Tariffs and fees for import are the responsibility of the buyer.

Free s/h offers are valid for USA Only. Free s/h Offers are shipped via Ground only.

All Warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer of that item.

Item not wanted - A refund, minus shipping and $10.00 Restock fee, will be granted only if the unit is not used and in original packaging. Return shipment is at customers expense. - (RA Email Here)

Store Policy

    All sales are final. We are in the Tax Free State of NH and do not charge or collect sales tax. Items that worked upon arrival do not qualify as defective item. Therefore warranty will be voided upon the first use of the item, unless otherwise stated by manufacturer of that item. No returns or exchange after 10 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 10 days of receipt to be valid. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) - (RA Email Here) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a note including Order ID, reason for return, and a copy of the receipt or invoice that was emailed to you after the order was placed or you may print it out from "Your Account" at nhwoods.com. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., in the original condition and in the original package. Failure to do so may Void both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. nhwoods.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution. nhwoods.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
